Did you guys by any chance contact a lawyer about the logo/name? I recently saw a case where a company imitated the FedEx logo in the same way and got a nice cease and desist letter. Just an FYI...
For a company who sells filterless cigs in 2010, I think copyright infringement is the least of their concerns.
