full odyssey brake setup which isn't on yet
painted headset cap and bb cups to match the frame
weight is around 23 or so, to light for me. i'm trying to get it around 24 or so

The paint is similar to what's on my Seshin, only bluer.. Hard to get a good picture of, due to the reflectiveness of it.
