alright some guy at my LBS is trying to convince me to get the minute because of its price and its adjust-ability from the IT technology. however i need input on the fork, because I truthfully don't know much about it.

the truth is if i do get this then other component upgrades could be possible later on the complete bike.

stick with the maverick fork, absolutely. The ML8 that we built at the downtown Velopro is essentially ideal. Though the fork is a triple crown, Maverick states that it only weighs 3.25 pounds; exceptionally light. It is a wonderful feeling, superbly crafted fork that delivers the goods.
