okay, changing wheels this week, have got the front one done.

had: D521/formula 36 h front wheel
new: X317/hope 32 hole front wheel

use avid mech discs (165mm).

now when I switched the rotor over it seems the pad on th inside is rubbing too much and the dial is turned to the max. does this mean I just need to have have the caliper re-aligned ?

just wasn't expecting this so want to check there are no compat. problems, just set up issues.

yeah, just realign the caliper - loosen the fixing bolts, squeeze the lever, tighten bolts, release lever.

Or, if you find it easier, instead of squeezing the lever, adjust the pads all the way in. *hugs his CPS*

thanks guys got it set up right, have yet to ride it but at the lever the brake feels better than it was set up before at the shop.
