It fits in newer boxxers, but it needs to be installed in situ:

As anyone tried the HC97 on a Boxxer? I think it would really suit that kind of riding! Fast and rough terrain.

I have another hc97 I’m going to put in my boxxer, just need to turn/file the outside “lip” down so it fits thru the crown, or put it in with the fork installed as kurt said. Always too many projects and not enough time! Hence bullcrew coming in clutch!

HC97 is a great upgrade, IMO. I've been using one in my Lyrik for a while now.

PB just published an article about Hope's 155mm crank, who are saying it's money. I had to switch to 165mm due to BB height on the Patrol, and I really like it. So now I am thinking how does a shorter crank feel?

The TTX2 is still out of stock, with only 110mm of rear wheel travel I doubt this will be so shit that I'll see the need to upgrade.

Plus the Ohlins doesn't have "Party" mode.

Yeah they have a unique type, it's unique because it's dumb.

The do, they just don't have an equalization port, you have to freaking unscrew the air can. They also hate equalization ports on their forks, so the only time it equalizes is when a pump is attached, otherwise it sucks down, especially my mastodon in cold temps...you know, where it's expected to be used.

Ha its a steel steerer tube. I normally wouldnt do something like this but i couldn't help myself on this bike. When the last bit comes in... LOL its gonna be awesome.

Yes, but I filled with charger 2.5wt oil because colder...It didn't come with all the shimz needed, but I had extra.

Thats right, its steel frame and fork. The bars, cranks, and rims are all aluminum too.
