Well, quick update for me.
Started lifting at the beginning of the year, then came down with the nastiness cold/flu/death thing ever. That knocked me down for awhile. Then, few weeks later, got sick again. WTF...that's the most I've been sick in years.
So stopped lifting. And had to sell all my bikes/equipment
BUT...just started lifting again, hoping I don't get sick this time because I want to stick with it. Need to start riding again though...

Im down 13 lbs and training hard. Bowflex, dumbells, core ball, and trainer are all going well. Ive been hitting it hard 3-4 days a week. As summer gets closer Ill be doing 4-5 days a week.
I have decided to go for a goal of a nice low resting heart rate and weight should drop with the heart rate.
I started the year at 60-62 and it's now 46-48 but I'm still 25% fat ha ha. Goal heart rate is 38 by the end of Feb.
A little late: I just wanted to share my New Year's Resolution for 2012. "To stick to my plans, whatever it is." It's like a blanket resolution. So far I haven't strayed from it...and I hope that remains the case throughout the year.

I have been eating a lot healthier and so far I've been maintaining a weight of 157-ish (5'11") for the last 8 months or so. I haven't been riding at all lately though, but I am trying to start running.
Hopefully new rig for this summer...so I want to be in shape!
