Wut up everyone

I new to mountian biking, and after reading through these forums for a few weeks now, i finally registered.
Looks like lots of useful info here, and i look foward to making new friends.

I just picked up a Giant Rincon, after going through a few hand-me downs ( now listed in classifieds * wink * ), and i love it. Ive been riding the beginner trails and im having a blast. anyway, i hope to learn more about the sport, and progress to the next level. great forums and thanks for having me.

You don't say where you are from. Do you have people that you ride with or are you just jumping in on your own?

Welcome! You are now part of the mountain bike family. Like any family, there are those you long to see at the reunions, and those you wish you could lock in a closet. But overall, you would not trade them for anything.

ive got a friend that introduced me to some local trails and helped me pick out a first new bike.
