So how does one go about gettnig a picture below your name? Also, can I change my title to something other than "grasshopper?" I was looknig at the control panel, but I wasn't sure.

You can add a pic in the user control panel.
As for the title grasshopper... that will happen when you least expect it.
The mods will add those when-and-if the please usually because you do something funny or stupid or better yet... both.
