It doesn't do too bad from what I've seen. There's a couple test videos on Youtube with different tunes.

I don't personally know anyone with one and haven't actually seen one, just what I've read on the Toyota forums. (ttora, tacomaworld, etc.)
But personally, I'd rather get a 12 or 24v like was suggested earlier for that kind of money and keep the Taco as a play truck.
