Marginally curious about hockey during pre season. I will start to pay attention once the real Season starts
Although my Hawks havent been ripping up the pre season, I think they look good again. Well rested, a few nice pick ups (But the jury is still out on Carcillo...) and most importantly, Vancouver choked in the Final last year! Luongos 10 cent head is toast...
It's also nice to see the Amerks being a part of the Sabres organization again!
Picked up Doughty in my draft yesterday-****er better sign.
He is bitching about $200K...Kopi is way more valuable, and he is splitting hairs over a pittance. Could ruin the chemistry on a fairly talented young team. Way to be a room cancer Drew. Greedy 23 year olds who have never won anything...grumblegrumblegrumble...
It's not Doughty, it's his agent. Meehan's clients are always a bitch to sign, unless they go behind his back a la Bobby Ryan.
