Hey Guys

Another quick post from my internship here.

The Excluisive pic of the B-boxx... Again i cant talk much about it so go and E-speculate

I did not design the system a very clever friend of mine did, but worked closely with him to get the right looks and finish..

So one of My renders.

You will have to wait till eurobike to see more:thumb:

Similar to a Hammerschmidt, in that it offers two ratios?

Was just checking into HS for purchase, but may hold out for this...

Three questions:

Is it going to be available in 83mm?
Can you fit bash guard of any type?
Will it fit bikes with pulleys like Canfield Jedi?

Thanks

Yeah the quality looks good but the most Important thing is... How much will it cost??? The HS is too expensive and this one looks like it will cost even more.

Interesting. Looks like the chain runs unenclosed (you can see the c/r teeth), unlike the HS. Is there any chain retention built into this design?

The HS isnt that expensive. I paid $550 for my 2 ring setup; cranks, DRS, shifter, BB, etc and $610 for my HammerSchmidt.

I hope the B-Boxx is 3 speed.

In a Van(couver) down by the river

I assume this is the thing. The exposed gearing makes me nervous. It is super muddy where I ride (BC) and I can se this thing gunking up really quickly in those conditions. I can almost hear the grinding sounds now. No idea how you would stop that though. I suppose some kind of replacable barrier would help a bit, (a crank condom)?

I'm sure that's just a show prop with a cutaway so you can see how it works.
Nobody in their right mind would leave gears exposed like that.
