Does the TV not roast in that kind of arrangement should you ever actually light the fire?
Just got back from a 20 mile road ride, done while you guys were working lmao.
It is inherently a risk, but we made sure to keep a 12" gap (code) a way from the top of the fireplace.

We actually took that from the office. Wifey REALLY hated the other one, so this wins for now. I need to measure it, but the one in Hannah's room I believe is larger, so I might still swap them. Amusingly, the fan is one of the remaining issues. Electrician removed the remote unit so now it doesn't work with the switch. One more item for the stack of shit done wrong.
