He makes 40K a year, owes back taxes but is concerned about his taxes going up $600 if he makes $250,000.00. I'm surprised the financial markets haven't picked up on this kind of thing. My opportunity I guess.

To all you middle class neo-cons making less than $100k a year. If you give me $100/year a year now, when you make over $250k I will give you $600 in return.

Joe is a living, breathing troll who doesn't understand the difference between gross revenues and net income.
Ha ha - I couldn't have said it better myself. I have a friend who owns a garage door company and he's always saying things like "I made $600 today." When in reality that $600 is just revenue (not even gross profit). :bonk:

The whole "Joe" thing is just another continuation of McCain 'shooting from the hip' without looking at the potential repercussions. Just another roll of the dice and another snake eyes!

O has been put through the ringer for the past 20 months, just because you don't like the results doesn't mean it didn't happen.
Dealt with in passing, but not really vetted.

How about the real 0bama done by journalists rather than what he cared to tell us in his book?

What about more exploration of his drug days? What about his college days?

Sorry, if an R had changed his comments about "a guy in my neighborhood" to "we were on boards together.... he won't serve in my administration", all hell would break out.

If an R received a sweetheart deal on his house from a convicted felon, it would be reported daily.

If an R sat in the church of a white supremacist, it would be in our face daily and that candidate would be an ex-candidate.

Bottom line, if the MSM did a fraction of reporting on 0bama as it has J-T-P, it would be a McCain-Clinton race right now.

And if a democrat got a blow job it would for some reason justify massive amounts of federal resources and man hours to investigate it.

All your points are irrelevant. Most of the people voting for him are doing so because he really is the more qualified candidate.

I'm sorry your life is so unfair. It's not really, you're just a grasping whiner. :)

McCain looks like he just stepped out of the morgue.

McCain looks like he just stepped out of the Taxidermist.

i think it's interesting more time/effort/digging is done on joe than on what obama's response to him was.

says more about the media, no?

McCain's camp has done more looking at Obama than they did in the 2 weeks leading up to the selection of Palin. You can't honestly think they looked into her experience THAT hard.
McCain is a maverick. He probably just picked her based on a head shot. Researching her background would have been very unmavericky.

No, it doesn't say anything about the media. The reason why the media aren't making much about Obama's response was because it was exactly in-line, given the 'facts' presented to him by Joe the Plumber, with his policy. There were no suprises, therefore no real coverage. If anything, he should at least be commended for sticking to his policy/platform (whether you like it or not) when confronted with a direct question instead of trying to skirt the issue.

Is that if you include or exclude his friends?
It was brought up, beat to death and no one cares except for the hard core frothers who would't vote for him anyway.

I have friends of varying backgrounds. Christian missionaries to ex-cons. Those at either extremes have little influence on how I think or act.

The entire reason anyone even knows about this clown is because of obama's response.

And the funny thing is.....what Obama said isn't even accurate because joe blow misrepresented himself. Even his own campaign keeps touting the 95% that gets tax breaks. There's an entire bracket in there between 95 and 99% that sees NO CHANGE in their tax rates from current standings.

And in subsequent interviews joe boy STILL believes he'll get taxed more under obama's plan.

It's a tired topic to anyone who actually knows what obama's plan actually lays out. It doesn't matter how many times little sarah and mccain blab on about their oponents raising taxes. That fact that many of their supporters keep believing it says more about them than the man they seem to fear.

Again. The only reason you know about this guy is because people (including some of your media darlings) jumped on his response. It was in fact exactly what he said that made this snippet 'news'.

i'll agree to this: it did indeed reinforce the notion/assertion/observation that obama supports wealth distribution (cf, mccain supports wealth creation)

if he's not advocating socialism, he sure has a clumsy way of showing it.

ed: oh, and how can 95% of people's taxes be cut if 40% do not pay taxes?

eh? eh?

Barack Hussein and Ayers will storm into your living room, take cash out of your wallet and then walk next door and hand it to your poor neighbors.
you joke, but that slackass, mattress-backed, 5 kids by 3 dads, trig-hosting, teet-sucking, bronco-cheering, wig-wearing, mcdeez-eating, mini-van-driving, non-exercising, new-life-church-attending, facebook-posting, wigger-skeez across the street will get my cash i "earned" while billing the 3-letter gubment customer for posting this.

and i can't have that.
