"I'm not stupid I'm just really dumb"

Was talking to a friend about the racial makeup of the neighborhoods. Had never realized it until then but mine was about 80% white 20% black but strangely all the black folks live in interracial families. Weird.

Woo, wasn't it you that lived in New Orleans, too? Having lived there and knowing this parish, there ain't one body with pure white in them anywhere, much less a normal looking DNA string.

Coonasses crack me up.

Nah, I grew up in florida. I used to go to new orleans to drink (back when 18 was legal) and to hit up jazz fest. I can say that once you get away from the french quarter, an average white guy like me seems to put about 5,000K lumens.

I don't get your point though. What difference does it make? The personal bias of the judge is irrelevant. It's like my grandmother not marrying a couple that doesn't promise to take a teaspoon of cod liver oil every day to their kids.

This is near impossible to explain, but I can understand the logic about being friends with blacks and wanting to prevent interracial marriage.

Actually, I am reminded once about an argument I had while I was living in New Orleans. I forget the exact topic (I think was watershed access) but I had a very convincing but totally nonsensical argument which reflected the logic of the locals.

My friends tried to call me on it, and I said, "You see, I'm not trying to use logic. That's why I understand the issue".

My point was the irony of someone from that area having a bitch about inter-racial anything. Pretty much everyone there is mixed breed of some sort.
