Nokon gear cables for DH

I'm interestd in trying Nokon a Nokon gear cable on my DH bike.
Its a bighit so you have to run full length cables and the loop near the derailer is really tight so the nokons should make a big difference.
I'm considering the nokons as my cables are only lasting 3 months max (probably due to the rollamagig letting the dirt in).

I did a search which turned up lots of positive stuff.
My concern is that on a dually they may cause ghost shifts as the suspension cycles (mentioned in a post I found).

Anyone running nokons on a DH bike?
Opionions wanted.

useless bike upgrade #2, right after Goodridge lines -
nokons are cool and do make sence the price makes it not worth it though.

i like my goodridge hoses they are better then standard hope lines! I'd never buy them though

Expensive cable housing isn't worth it. Buy cheap stuff and change it often.

I've had expensive stuff, and cheap stuff, and I certainly didn't feel the extra two-bucks-a-foot or whatever price difference when I was concentrating on making the trail fly by a little faster ;)

I disagree I haven't found that big for a difference between the stock Hopes and the Goodridge.
i never stated the difference is big.
its noticeable for me on my the set of 2002 M4s.
i got my hoses off a give away from southerndownhill.com
imho they ARE a tad better and easier to install then regular hope hoses.
still they are not worth the price when you have to pay for them

Just do what I did: use 5mm housing and a V-Brake noodle at the rear derailleur. I used on of the 135 degree ones, not the 90 deg one. Shops have these things hanging around in bunches because they rarely get uses.

This will work way better that the silly Rollamiajig. It seals the system much better and I've not had any problems in the 6 months I've been using it.

If anyone's interested, I'll post a pic tonight when I get home from work.
