Hey everyone, I'm new to mountain biking as of this season. I live in Maryland, which seems to have some ok trails, at least for a beginner. I've been riding almost exclusively in the Avalon area at Patapsco state park. If anyone from MD sees this, are there any other cool trails around the central MD area to check out? Thanks, hope to see y'all around.

Welcome, noob! I rode those Avalon trails once. Not too shabby! You might have better luck with reponses by posting something in the "Virginia and Surrounding Areas" forum. Lots of people here from that neck of the woods.
