So I have been riding for maybe a month now. I have a cannondale f7 curious if it could handle smaller size jumps like at most 7ft. I mean if the frame can. I kinda figure i have to upgrade some components.

Well, the frame *could* take that kind of abuse for some time, but eventually it will break, since the tubing has walls as thin as a beer can... If you like jumping, go for a beefier bike (or frame). Get a Chase if you are in love with Cannondale, od maybe an all-purpose frame, like the Transition ToP.

No.

Headtube is not reinforced, wheels are built for XC, and the fork sucks.

Even if you bought new parts, the frame won't handle it if you case your jumps.

The old Specialized Hardrock was a little better for DJ's, but it is little lighter now.
