I am going to fill out the request to move from Ex to Semi. What are they looking for as far as the resume goes? Should it be formal? Should I just list my races? Should I tell them I'm cool and will give them candy?

If anyone has some knowledge, or even a template, that would be great.

Its going to vary from person to person. But the main point that should be getting across is you need more of a challenge. I mentioned for instance that in most every race i did my time would have won senior expert even though i was racing jr, and that many of my times would have been top 10 in pro.
