Hey Monkeys,

Has anybody had any experience with the Norco Six? I have been looking for a decent bike for ages and this looks interesting -with the 41.5 lb. weight as an exception (probably more since I'd need an XL, being 6'4" and lanky as hell).

Oh, yeah, dont suggest I get a Heckler instead. They dont fit me all that well (even the XL's). :(

definitely a bit of a fave at whistler, six inches is all you need for 90% of the stuff there, its not light but it'll take abuse and with a single crown give you a bit more freedom up front at the DJ's
Norco's are a very reliable bike up here in canada, they are a bit heavy but thats their nature, they'd rather have 3 or 4 extra pounds and last a season than blow up half way through

Thanks. I have a bit of a soft spot for Norcos, since my first bike EVER was a Norco (1974 or '75 I think). Way cool yellow blue and red striped bike with a banana seat and a sissy bar - modeled on something out of Easy Rider probably. I also had a Norco fully when they were just springs (also mid to late 70's). I used to jump that thing off of everything I could find. Both bought at Cap's bikes in NewWest., BC. :thumb:
