Five of us made a trip down
here this past weekend and it was a great choice. We got in 70 miles of riding and this place really caters to Mtn. Bikers.The Pinhoti trail goes right through this area.

OK OK I know its requires pedaling but it was still a good singletrack fix - free of snow,slush & ice. $85 a night including breakfast & supper and free shuttle service! I am def. going back soon, before I shift into DH mode.

X2 on Mulberry Gap... I went there one day when I was living in Atlanta and they shuttled us to the top of Bear (something)

You can shuttle Pinhotti 1 and 2 as well as Bear Creek and Mountain Town. Not true DH trails but, when shuttled you can use the DH bike.

Those are all great trails, but I wouldn't ride Mountain Town this time of year... there's waaay to many creak crossings, some of which are like waist deep.
