Hey Mike,

I'm going to be in Leeds / Hudds area um... Saturday for a few weeks. Any bike shops I should check out? I'm gonna have some time to kill in Leeds City Center. I've walked past a bunch but I know when I go back to find 'em they won't be where I remembered.

errrrrrrm, im about 20 mins from leeds theres not much in the way of good shops, theres stif that stock santa cruz and orange, always got dh rigs on display and the stock that the shop has in general is amazing. I wont be going back though, the staff are up there own arses, they seem to think they know more than anyone who walks in the shop, if you ask them anythin, its like your wasting their time. Just generally unfriendly from my experience. Personally i use our local shop, he doesnt have much stuff in stock but he can get me anythin, and hes not funny with me when i hand my cash over! always a plus.

Where abouts you actually from? I can point you in the way of some awesome riding spots if your willing to drive a bit,

Most of the shops here are like that too. Here being Atlanta GA.
I wish I could bring a bike, I figured with the typical lovely Northern English weather I wouldn't be missing much. I just saw some pics of Steetley, man that looks incredible.
The blue skies actually fooled me for a sec. this can't be england? it must be Utah he he he...

Thanks for the info. It's good to know I gotta place to kill sometime drooling over bikes.
Maybe we can go for a ride another time, i've got in-laws living in Hudds. and any excuse to get out of that town is a good one!
