Joseph Margulies, a Northwestern University law professor who has represented several detainees at Guantanamo, said the prisoners "can't even say what our government did to these guys to elicit the statements that are the basis for them being held. Kafka-esque doesn't do it justice. This is 'Alice in Wonderland.' "
Ouff, this **** ahs got to end. Just heard on the radio that the Christian right that brought Reagan to power has decided not to support the conservatives. Hope that means both houses goes to the democrats. I can't see any other way to stop that mad man from finalizing the new world order.
On a personal basis, it scares me even more that I might be one of the few that actually cares about this. Every American should care about the treatment of people in our custody. They claim all this carp is for our benefit.

Wouldn't it be easier just to cut out their toungues. Torture and prevent them from talking all at the same time. Would be cheaper too, the governmen needs to go through some serious corporate type cost cutting.
Wow, - people held by the US dosent stand a chance....held without trial, the level of acceptabel toture is defined by Bush and they are not allowed to say anything afterwards...... welcome to the way of a true dictatorship...

would it be easier and leave much less liability to just summarilly execute suspects on raids???? i bet if the US army build itself a reputation of summarilly executing people who dont contribute something valuable at the spot (latet to be verified), they would cut a lot of this crap.
i means, whats the point really of dragging all this **** and raising even more problems if they are going to play dirty anyways?,
why dont just look yourself at the mirror and say "****, we aint no ****in´ good guys" and cut all the crap?

You know why, but I'm still gonna say it.. There's still quite a lot of people who belive in that the US is the good guys in this world. Keeping a vail around is nessesary for if their evilness is admitted, a revolution will soon come! You'll drink wiht me on that won't you?
