I wanna take em apart to see how they configured the needle/cart bearings in them.
I mean i'm sure they grip fine,but after having my pedal fall off the spindle in a corner before a drop i wanna dind a safely built pedal!!! Luckily when the pedal fell off my foot stomped the ground and i was able to jump of my bike before flying 1 footed off a drop!

Got a pair of NYC pedals today and love the feel of the pedal. My old pedal was Trail pimps and I has been a good pedal but the design on NYC pedal gave me a new level of comfort and a secure feeling like I never had before. I was dirt jumping all day today and in the air there was a new feel of the pedal being there all of the time that let me jump better than I have ever done before. It may sound stupid that a pedal made me jump better and if was of course not the pedal that made me jump higher but more that is stayed on my foot in the muddy conditions which gave me confidence to improve and push myself.
