Teh Bong Shed™ is on track to be finished tomorrow. Installing hardwood flooring sucks. Nursing my aching bones with a Pliny the Younger at the local watering hole.

Butchered a small leg of lamb this afternoon. After all the fat was trimmed off I got 10 5oz steaks. Making beef Chili tomorrow so I followed up the lamb by trimming the fat off 5 pounds of beef chuck steak. We will cook it in a crock pot for 10 hours tomorrow. Fried up the fat trimmings to add to the doggie food over the next week or so. They were happy with the addition to their dinner tonight and keep bugging me for more. win

Skied. Was not mind blowing but was a good time. Toes sore from the post molding liner. Need more room in both toe boxes and left heel alike.

Someone put about 15 cardboard signs about Chemtrails on a local section of road, it was magical, I was almost in tears.
Was hoping to see them again on Sunday but they were gone.
