What, what? We need details!
Knife returned, knife purchased. Saw arrives today. Maybe stealth trail work this weekend? We shall see!
Sounds like a balls out ride?
Quite nice out. Ride on tap with a co-worker. Last time I rode with him was when he first moved out here. He was terribly over weight and puked at least twice. He is now very slim and putting in monster miles. I fear roles may be reversed for this ride.
16 year old air suspension crapped out on the Allroad (front). Heck. If I can't get a quick, reasonably $ repair I may DIY a whole new system over the weekend.
$700 in parts + 5 hours, so like 10-12 hours for me.
Swapping the air suspension for normal struts? This car had been rock solid for me. Throwing $1k at it every few years isn't the worst thing.
nope, air again. Also considering if it might be new car time.Swapping the air suspension for normal struts?
So, Polestar wagon to annoy @stoney?nope, air again. Also considering if it might be new car time.

Was seeking something to de-limb smaller fallen trees, as well as cut back brush and overgrowth. What, what? We need details!
Right heel no buneo, taped but any weight on it == discomfort. Time to rest and build up a frame, I guess.
Well, I'm not going to count, but I say however many you have, you better let them hang out.Sounds like a balls out ride?

So... you gonna have any "leftovers"?<snip>
Mostly off the Oxy. I am still taking it in the am and when I go to sleep, but pain is under control via anti-inflammatories throughout the day. Going to try and stop am tomorrow and see how it goes. I'd prefer to be able to not be a hindrance around the house, at least as much as possible.
You know what I found works for me when my back is acting up... is shuttling a local rocky trail a few times at mach fernando with @SkaredShtles and @Nick and @6thElement. YMMV.Back has been acting up again. Called my doc and got some muscle relaxers. I feel like a tweaker asking for them but golly do they work. Half a pill before bed last night, slept like a rock and my back feels significantly better.
Next time my back acts up, I'm gonna put this theory to the test for myself. You know what I found works for me when my back is acting up... is shuttling a local rocky trail a few times at mach fernando with @SkaredShtles and @Nick and @6thElement. YMMV.
I bet it was helping lift my bike into the pickup which really helped the issue (gracias). You know what I found works for me when my back is acting up... is shuttling a local rocky trail a few times at mach fernando with @SkaredShtles and @Nick and @6thElement. YMMV.

No Oxy for you! That's for me. Later.So... you gonna have any "leftovers"?
Asking for a friend.
6th's new bike is like 7 feet long. That's 2.75 Henway, for the metric crowd.I bet it was helping lift my bike into the pickup which really helped the issue (gracias).
@Nick I can assist with the suspension swap if required - I stayed at a Holiday Inn once.
Weather looks crap for riding, so shout.Suspension parts in route, I shall be wrenching all weekend.
So now they're well trained?Ewww south bound Amtrak crossing Hesperian Blvd at 50+ in San Leandro just turned a human into a bug splat. Last crossing gate they will ever ignore...
