We can't spend a billion on Africa. We're already spending hundreds of billions each year turning Iraqis and Pakistanis into fertilizer. How much more do those entitled Africans think they deserve, anyways?

I appreciate that tough financial times require the United States government to cut spending. But scaling back America’s financial commitments to AIDS programs could wipe away decades of progress in Africa.

I would have maybe pointed out the amount spent each year on Israel and Egypt to compare and contrast...
