Does anyone make these? I remember hearing that Peaty used some in his 1.5 HT V10. I'd like to put some of these into my medium Sinister Splinter MX frame to give the front end a little more length. Remember, I am looking for offset cups, not angled.

You know that you actually will need to parts then for that bike to actually...build it up then. You sure that thing is ready to leave the bottom of your storage unit yet?

Curious to hear if you can find anything. I've thought about the same thing to make bikes longer and a better fit for my 6'5" frame.

Seems like you could get a lot more than that out of a regular steerer in a 1.5 tube??

1.5 - 1.125 = 0.375 / 2 = 0.1875 inches forward max available. That's less than 1/4. Longer stem perhaps?

the outside diameter of my headtube is 2 inches. That means a maximum of .4 of an inch, which is beyond what is realistically possible, but even so that's still only 10mm. You could gain more from running a 75mm vs. 50mm stem, or a bigger frame.

That would be a very easy part for a decent machinist to make but you really won't pick up much of a difference. Without measuring anything 1/4" seems reasonable.
