Who uses it? I hear Carbonite advertised all the time on Sirius but curious if anyone for home/small business uses an offsite backup service and if so, which one?

for buisness We use Iron Mt . they Pick up and drop off 1 a wwek , and can have tapes back here in less than 3 hrs at 4 am if needed ( and Yes I have done it )
My offsite back up system consists of copying all the data from the server to HDD's or DVD's that are stored at each sets of parents houses.
Not very prefessional, but the only data I have that I absolutely do not want to lose is my music, and wedding/honeymoon photos and videos.
Folks like Transcend whos business relies on their data will likely offer better solutions.
