we're living in 2100eur dvo emerald timesOne thing is for sure these Ohlins TTX cartridges are serious expensive,a typical Ohlins TTX cart cost here around 1300
Nope the Ohlins RXF fork retails at €3049/€3350we're living in 2100eur dvo emerald times
So low-speed stuff?I ran a set of those Ohlins cartridges for a while on my dirt bike.
They had a really cool sort of "dead" feel on trail junk. The adjusters on them were damn nice too.
The only issue was that they would bottom out really easily on highspeed stuff, like deep whoop sections and g-outs in the desert. Totally linear, no progression.
To all complaining about Ohlins price. You know a big part of it is market positioning? No one will buy a 3k Euro fork. It will probably be stupid expensive but a CCDB which is basicly an ohlins shock is only a bit more expensive than comparable products. Expect the same. Though the DVO emerald may have a negative influence on the ohlins price.Nope the Ohlins RXF fork retails at €3049/€3350
5th gear wide open is 60mph+, and these whoop sections are commonly 3' deep, and the g-outs are usually way deeper than that, and the S.C.O.R.E. roads are basically hitting a sudden 2' tall ledge you weren't expecting...and you can't slow down for these things. I can say with a high degree of confidence that those events are generating really damn high shaft speeds. So low-speed stuff?
the sky is the limit!Nope the Ohlins RXF fork retails at €3049/€3350
DVO has been testing the cartridge for their SC fork for a while now in various chassis. the only thing plastic was the knobsFor being a prototype/project nobody has heard or seen anything about before, compared to DVO which displayed a fork with plastic parts that they have been hyping for a while. This is a working unit and look at the crowns.
Locking spring collar, I'm guessing that's a moto setup. Its not the same as the one coming on Demos at least, look at the reservoir.
Ofc You know better than bunch of engineers from one of the most prestigious suspension company in the world. Not sure why you'd want this over the ccdb. Maybe they have some surprises tucked away. Less adjustability with more difficult replacement and service, all in addition to less adjustability. Huh.

MOAR CLICKZ FTW!
Yup they won't sell that shock to anyone if you don't live in Italy, that's what they told me.It's only available for ItaliansIt's true, but it may only be available in Italy for now.
