:dancing: I was pulling the cartridges to rebuild the fork and the 2.5? mm allen bolts at the bottom of the legs werre being removed. This is a VERY old and neglected fork. The one bolt came out fine, but the other one was so brittle it stripped. Being that this is about 1 inch into the legs I cant think of any way to safely remove the bolt. Any Ideas?

Thanks

Try vice grips, is it also the bolt with the hole through it?

Try an easy out. You can find them at tool and bolt suppliers.
You drill it and thread the reverse thread tool into the bolt and it tightens and hopefully removes it. Good luck!

drill a hole for the right thread straight in the middle.. Drill it out..
Get a new tap and re thread.. Be careful tho... If you shatter the tap.. you're basicly fubared..

If it's acessable..
