I have an older S5 (similar to S7, MX6, and I assume most other Stratos forks). It seems to be leaking ATF from under the adjuster knob on the right leg. I have not pulled it appart yet, but does anyone have any clues what this could be? I'm hoping it's just an O ring I can grab at the hardware store but I'd like to hear from people who've rebuilt these before.
Oh yeah, I've taken it apart a few times, so no worries there. I'm just wondering what's cauisng the leakage.
