Saw it on my buddies big screen TV with surround sound....

I really liked how you could hear a lot of the natural sounds through the music, and they did some very cool and creative camera work!!!

I may have to go check that one out. The trailer for it pretty much turned me off, but I've heard enough good comments from different sources now.

Has anyone seen the Local Yokels yet? The trailer for it was really good, but I haven't seen anything else on it.

F*ck yeah. Probably the best out there, bar none. And that includes Earthed, btw. If you haven't seen it, you should, it's pure beauty, art, and bikes, all rolled into one.

i got a copy of _earthed_ while i was at it. excellent soundtrack (damned, modern lovers, zep, who, motorhead, etc) but just lacking something.

The best mtb movie bar none imo. My buddy has a "theater" room, 4x7 screen surround sound and all the good stuff....om man...that was a great movie to watch in that setting. The quality is so much better its not even funny...16mm and the sound...well...no comparison to anything else...that's all I can say about that.
