Universal Cycles must have finally gotten their crap together. Back in the day they were by far the worst online retailer, one nightmare after another. But lately people seem to be doing ok with them.

really, that was them? i always have had good experiences there, but then again i used to go to their shop in person, not mail order items.

Yes they are. I bought an XT/mavic wheelset from them. Fast shipping and a pretty nice wheelset. They have the Azonic outlaw wheelset pretty cheap. I bought that and they gave me free tires.
