It's got a stratus fork, yo.

Aren't Stratus forks rare, handmade forks from the 17th century? That, along with the Rohloff, could accound for it...

Heh. Classic case of someone who has not the slightest clue what their bike is worth.

I wonder how many emails he's gotten, from people laughing at him...

I'd give that dude some links to other M1's that are selling and he'll come to his senses that he won't get $5k for a 6 y/o bike....

But hey, its a heck of a deal! :sneaky: :P :)

This reminds me of this lame antique show on TV. What's it called? A bunch of people get together and they evaluate the worth of dolls, antique tables, and other boring stuff like that. I just can't stop laughing whenever they say that this little hair brush or mirror is worth $500-1000 because its glamorous or whatever makes it worth that much to the judges.... the classic response of the owners is their eyes growing big with a big number... its just lame. :eviltongu :stosh: :thumb: :thumb: (for the thumbs, rotate the screen 180 degrees!)
