Mt St Helens erupted 41 years ago today. Always impressive to not only see the aftermath the but the recovery. Been a few years but looking forward to going back and riding again this summer.

You can ride from one side of the mountain, over the Plains of Abraham down to Spirit lake. Just a basic XC trail but the views are amazing and you can easily cover a significant portion of the mountain that would take days on foot.
