Slacking at work
So yesterday Crashby stopped over after the ride, because he needed to install his new King headset and needed my tools. So we finished the headset install, and were just standing in the driveway shooting the breeze like a couple of rednecks.

And along comes this little kid, maybe 10 years old, riding one of the new Schwinn Stingrays. He had the happiest proudest look on his face I've ever seen on a kid. I live across the street from a school, he pulls into the school and rides past the girls on the swingset lookin' all bad ass. It was damn funny :D

I'm not sure if it's this bike or one like it had an internally geared rear hub and to shift you turned the grips like the gas on a motorcycle.

Well the bike is made from 2 frames , and the fork is made
1 ) cut the dropouts from fork 1
2) cut the blades off of fork 2
3) cut chain stays off of frame #2
4) put chains stays over fork 1
5) but fork blade over end of chain stays
6) put a hub in the drop outs to keep spacing right
7) align by eye
8) have friendly Neighbor , who has a welding/brazing setup braze them together.

We have a few RatFinks at the shop. Quite fun to ride to Tally Ho's and pick up a BigHo burger. The green is hot.
