Bought a Ironhorse Hollowpoint MTX for my girlfriend to ride a little while back that had some reducers and what looks like either a cane creek or fsa IS headset installed in it. I'd like to keep both, however the original owner no longer had the crown race or the shim up top that goes in the headset. Does anyone know how I can order just those parts, or do I pretty much just have to buy the same headset to get them?

Try giving Cane Creek a call directly. That's probably your best bet, you can also try giving Iron Horse a call. Sometimes they have some extra parts in the warehouse, and who knows they may just have that top cap and spacer...it's been a fairly common part on many IHBC bikes.

You can order the parts right of of FSA's web site (the stock headset was a FSA part). The FSA and Cane Creek IS headsets are the same (the parent Co. of FSA builds them for cane creek).
