That thread below about satellite radio got me thinking...
that XM might be a nice addition to my truck.

My main question is: I have an auxiliary input device from Sony (XA 300) that is connected to my Sony CD Receiver. I have this setup so that I can connect my iPOD to play through my stereo. Basically the iPOD connects via RCA cable to the input device, and then the whole aux input device connects to the cd changer port in the back of my stereo.

Can I connect an XM receiver through this auxiliary input device? The device has two sets of RCA inputs...

I've tried to search online for any info or detailed pics, but so far have had no luck. Same with searching this forum as well.

How exactly does a direct connection work for these XM receivers? And will my desired setup be possible?

I like using my iPOD in my car, but it's kinda getting trashed, plus I'm sick of all my music...
Thanks for any help!!

You may need a 1/8" stereo mini-plug to RCA adapter cable. At least for the XM Roady. I'm not sure if the other XM receivers have RCA outputs.

I'll look at what Julie's car kit came with at lunch. I think no to the RCA adapters. I am not sure though.
