Some Kayakers on the Sultan River - I've never heard of the Sultan river and was wondering if they meant Skykomish or Snohomish or whatever, but what do I know?

The Sultan is a tributary to the Sky, with the confluence in, surprisingly, Sultan. (Between Monroe and Gold Bar).

It is (was) a great section of river, but was hardly ever runnable with a Snohomish PUD dam up stream.
