That sucks, sorry to hear it. I have the same problem with my left shoulder.

Damn, that happened just from reaching out of bed? I'd get that checked out by a doctor.

Yes and no... The coming out part doesn't hurt but setting it back in hurts alot.

I had it checked out 3 dislocations ago with the mri and such. The dye they shoot into you really hurts and the needle is huge.
I have done everthing but surgery, PT (which helped alot), steroid injection (6 days of sheer pain) ,and a brace which i use regulary (they need to make one with DH armor built into it).
