Bikes suck.
I tossed my Evil in the car this morning with plans of dirt jumping after work. One quick warm-up run on new uncomfortable jumps and then SNAP goes my chain, driving my right knee into my handlebars. Its about the size of a fvcking softball and sore as hell.

Rest, ice, elevate, and beer. Is that how it goes?

Yes, that was the routine and it did help. (that, and the nipple drawing)

That said, I smashed my thumb with a mallet while trying to remove a lower headset cup yesterday. Most of the damage is between the knuckle and nail, so I hope I think I can draw a nipple on there too. It should be fine.

Also, I'm out of beer. I do have a few bottles of wine but I don't think wine has the same healing properties as beer.

Beer should be your priority, then move on to bourbon or just get more beer.
