the really scary part of the relaxed standards is the infiltration of the criminal gang element into the military, gaining COMBAT experience to bring back to your neighborhood. I just completed one of the nations most intense gang identification and interdiction schools in jacksonville, FL and all i can say is....SCARY. put it this way, law enforcement nationwide is outmanned about 200:1 against verified, hardcore gangmembers and it's a fine line that keeps it from all out war. if you thought the mob was big, the organized street gangs make them look like a country club.
