So, we have this big departmental presentation, and for logistics, food and such, I need to extrapolate all the responses, for a list of names.

Whats the best approach for that? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm trying to segregate the ones who accepted, ones who are tentative, and ones who declined...It only lists invited people, and optionals...

Hmmm... When you open the event, there should be an Attendee Availability tab. You can check off "Show Attendee Status" instead of availability and it should show you exactly what you are looking for.

Minus five, though, for incorrect use of "extrapolate" ;)

Well yeah, I have access to the mailbox, as it is a departmental mailbox. My problem is, I don't know how to setup outlook to log into that mailbox without FUBAR'ing my own. Therefor ignorance on my part is a roadblock. (And yet again! ;) )
