Alright, I'm a fellow mechanic, but have no experience with painting frames. I'd like to paint a portion of my RM7 black. what should I use, or people from MA, where should I go?

Go to IF in Somerville and have them do a custom job. If that's out of your budget, take some sand paper to the part you want to paint, in order to rough up the surface. Then put on a couple coats of colored spray paint and a couple coats of clear spray paint.
