Ha, sorry. I did not mean that to come across so negative. I just wanted the Dhers to know what to expect.
It should still be fun to ride, but racing it hard is gonna hurt. On the positive side, the course is in perfect condition and leaf blown as well. See you guys tomorrow.

Yes. I was referring to the super D race on Saturday in my post.
The enduro stages on Sunday should all be mostly downhill and are fun.

"Please take Note", if you had planned to ride on Saturday at the Park outside of the Super D, the only trail that will be open to bikes is the Super D run. We just found out that the park does not want to open the trails for bike use on Saturday for the event. Please only ride on the Super D course. I understand this is a last Min notice, but we need to respect the Parks wishes.

Heading to Bent Creek to throw down a few reps myself. this afternoon. Seems I may have to use my entry tomorrow for the Enduro since apparently people only know how to ask if I have an entry...but no intention to buy it.

Wonder if I got a chance of winning my weight class?

Please next year take out one of the uphills please really only one is needed. I had a lot of fun and will come back next year but the way it is now its a cross country race. Or add something to level the playing field right now cross country guys have the advanage by way to much. The downhill is not enuff of a DH trail for us to make up any time. Thats just my 2 cents

Wow I had a blast today. Thanks to the organizers and volunteers for putting together the most physically demanding event I've ever done. That 4th stage made me want to give up on life.

I hope that you guys can do it again next year and also that enduro racing in general takes off around the SE. This seems absolutely PERFECT for our area and also seems to kind of bridge that xc/dh gap.

Thanks again - there were a lot of smiles out there today.

With my vehicle down and out, I just lost money not getting to come race. Two douches texted me to ask about buying my entry, then never responded. Then I text Kenan to try to get a ride down and don't get a response til this morning.

Sorry Butch...... yesterday was hard to get around with 4 stages that covered 18 miles. I had to move quick to get were I wanted to be. I would have liked to have gone out to stage 3/Big Kanuga, but it was too far and I had no time.
