PayPal questions
well im looking at purchasing a used fork, and we've decided to use PayPal for the money transaction (first time for both of us using Paypal). i have just setup an account through PayPal and im going through the 'verifing' process at this time. what i'd like to know is first hand experiences from people that have bought something from 'joe blow' and that person doesnt follow through on shipping the part. now how would PayPal go about fixing the problem? would they reverse the payment back into my account? is there extra buying insurance that i should purchase? any tips/help would be great.
