So, I just sold a bike on ebay, I recieved the fund thru paypal, but I can only draw $500 a month out of the account. I am in the process of trying to verify my SSN with them (so I can empty the paypal acct into my bank acct), but when I enter it, it says The Social Security number or date of birth is associated with another PayPal account or cannot be verified with our third party system. . What gives? I makes mention of a birthdate not matching, but I realized they don't have my DOB. I tried e-mailing them, but haven't recieved an answer. :mumble: Any other monkies have this sort of problem?

Someone stole your identity, it happens all the time, it happened to my dad's credit card and my sisters SSN.

I misread the thread title. I thought this was about a Papal withdrawl and either the Pope retired or was implicated in a pedophilia charge.
