For one reason or another I haven't had any fancy bars or goos yet this season, so I've been trying to stay fueled up on "regular" foods.
I'm sure some of you have experienced this, but a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich does wonders for my ride. 1/2 a sandwhich 20 minutes before a ride or a whole one an hour before and my riding is noticably stronger, I put in faster times, and I climb in bigger gears.
It's like a wonder food that is always in the house!
