For one reason or another I haven't had any fancy bars or goos yet this season, so I've been trying to stay fueled up on "regular" foods.

I'm sure some of you have experienced this, but a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich does wonders for my ride. 1/2 a sandwhich 20 minutes before a ride or a whole one an hour before and my riding is noticably stronger, I put in faster times, and I climb in bigger gears.

It's like a wonder food that is always in the house!

eh... slowly. Haven't had much time this week for stretching and whatnot (due to poor sleep patterns by my son). I've been riding though, so I'm sure that's helping a bit. Once Sean gets his sleep back on track I'll get into it a bit more.
