I don't know how many of you are into a bit of FPS on the old PC, I dabble every now and then, I tend to only play the big titles - the last PC games I played were Far Cry and HalfLife 2.

Anyway, I was just reading some stuff about E3 because I'm interested in the PS3 when it arrives, and I ran into this - the new game from Crytek, supposedly called 'Crysis' at this point.

Even if you're a non gamer, you might be interested to see the state of the art in PC graphics. It's pretty impressive. Be sure to view all the screenshots, especially the last one of the black guy's head. Very nice indeed. Remember these are in-game graphics for those who have machines that can deal with it.

I absolutely loved Far Cry. I got pretty deep into mapping for the game and creating custom content. It mangled my college experience.

Crysis looks sweet . . . although I have not clicked any links about it or anything game-related for a few months.
