I'm perplexed how that happened? 
I ghettorigged my rear derailleur on my DJ bike to run SS since my shifter exploded. I was riding to work and the tension screw backed out, forcing my chain onto the frame, and making everything go STOP. Except me. Who was out of the saddle.

If you nick your achilles that sucker will ache for a long, long time. I got mine a little with a rope cleat when I was moving a canoe and it took 18 months to stop hurting.
